Tot Collar Return Policy
Since the Tot Collar is customized by cutting the tube, there are no return on collars that have been opened from the sealed package.
Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods, subject to manufacturer inspection. If you have a Tot Collar with a defect, please contact our customer service department to get instructions on getting your Tot Collar exchanged.
Please note: Federal & State Health Regulations forbid us from taking personal items that have been opened. This prevents us from reselling products that may be contaminated. Tot Collar comes in contact with the skin, hair and possibly saliva. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing any non-defective Tot Collar to be returned, and therefore they are assured of buying a new and not a repackaged product that has been previously used. This is your guarantee of a fresh, new Tot Collar that may be used in comfort and safety.
There are no returns 7 days after confirmed delivery. Any item(s) that are unopened and unused within the 7 day period will require an authorization number issued prior to returning. There will be a 20% processing fee, minus our original shipping cost. Any item received after 7 days, in opened and/or re-sealed condition, or unauthorized will be refused/return to sender. For returns, please respond to your confirmation email which has our transaction number in the subject line. Failure to do this will cause delay in response.
We have gone to great lengths present as many details about the Tot Collar as possible to help make your purchase decision easier. If you need help, our customer service department would be happy to help you in your decision process. Your questions are always welcome. We do not have a try before you buy policy. We recommend a professional fit and instruct on use of the collar. If you are not sure – please do not purchase – consult your doctor or therapist first!
